NTU's Lien Institute for the Environment (LIFE) and Singapore-based NGO Lien Aid (Alliance for International Development) have partnered with Sichuan Foundation for Poverty Alleviation and Mianyang City Education Bureau to carry out seimic retrofitting at two schools in Mianyang City.
