NTU wins four out of five competitive research awards in sustainable development worth S$40 million

NTU has won four out of five competitive research grants in sustainable development worth S$40 million awarded by the National Research Foundation. The latest Competitive Research Programme call with the theme “Sustainable Urban Systems” saw NTU garnering awards for proposals involving the harvesting of sunlight to create chemical energy, the development of an underwater city, the development of new biofuels, and sustainable urban waste management.
