​NTU​, Singapore Heart Foundation partner to use robots to raise students' health awareness

NTU and the Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF) signed a joint research partnership to explore how the social robot Nao can be programmed to convey health messages to students. It will leverage on the expertise of the NTU Robotics Research Centre, and is part of the SHF's BP Initiative @ Schools Carnival to teach students how to use a blood pressure monitor and to raise awareness of eating healthily. The collaboration was signed at Juying Primary School on 25 February 2017.
