​NTU to increase community engagement

To play a bigger role in improving the lives of residents and in the future of its neighbouring communities, NTU Singapore will be increasing its engagement in the South West District. The university will launch more community-based activities, education-related programmes and social initiatives. This was announced by NTU President Professor Bertil Andersson at the inaugural NTU-South West Community Development Council Networking Session at NTU's sports hall The Wave on 27 July 2017, with Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam as Guest of Honour.
